On July 7th, 2021, Delmanor Aurora hosted a community information session, open to residents of West Whitby. This meeting was also attended by councillors of the area, including local ward councillor, Diedre Newman. The session was an informal discussion, intended not only to share our enthusiasm for becoming part of the senior community, but to provide local residents with details on one of our anticipated future developments. These details included project specific information pertaining to the rezoning application recently submitted, what to expect in terms of planning approvals timelines, and more on the construction process. For the second half of the session, an open question and answer period was held. During this time, the Delmanor team and their technical consultants were available and eager to answer any questions attendees had.
